| 内容記述 | わが国の災因論としては崇りや憑きがあるが,医療人類学的研究から崇られたり憑かれたりするとケガレの状態になり病気になる。病気はまたケガレの状態であって<病気-ケガレ>の結びつきが民間信仰の中でくりかえされていることが明らかにされている。精神病においても<病気-ケガレ>の結びつきが可能かどうか猫憑きの症例で検討した。症例は頚部にできる湿疹を不治の病あるいは体質と思いあきらめようとしていく中で先祖や死んだ猫の崇りだと考えるようになり,突然の心的緊張の低下によってひき起こされた病気(憑依状態)であり,<病気-ケガレ>の結びつきがあると考えた。しかし,一般に精神病と言われている疾患をこのような結びつきでとらえるには難があり,憑依状態を呈するようなごく限られた精神疾患においてのみ可能であると考えた。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | Kegare is one of concepts that produce an effect on the mind of people and religious life in Japan. The concept of Kegare is concerned with the filthy, the bad, the ominous and sin. Death, child birth, menstruation, illness, injury and sexual intercourses are in the concept of Kegare. This paper examines if mental disorder is Kegare. A case of cat possession is selected to ascertain this question. The case was put in Kegare before she fell ill. It is clarified that possession is Kegare from the viewpoints of psychiatry, too. | |||||||
