| 内容記述 | 本論文では痛みとストレスの関係を特にストレスについて詳しく説明し見直していく。ストレスに関してはR. S. Lazarusの理論によって解説する。本論文ではストレスコーピングについて前半で言及し,後半では具体例として,不安が身体にどのような影響を与えるのかということを心気症・心身症について考えていく。痛みの問題が必ずしも医学的な経路による解説で理解し得ないということを前提としつつ,痛みを抱えることによって起こりうる病の姿をストレスという視点から見直すのである。本論文ではストレスコーピングの失敗により起こりうる脅威の認知の中で,特に不安について言及する。不安が痛みに変化する,あるいは,痛みに変化したように認知される。このメカニズムについてふれる文献は多くない。不安の存在をみる事で痛みとストレスの関係性がずっと明確になることだろう。 | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The objective of this paper is to review the relationship between pain and stress, especially focusing on stress, which is interpreted here according to the theory of R. S. Lazarus. I mention stress-coping behaviors in the first half, and in the second half, discuss examples of hypochondriases and psychosomatic disorders in order to consider how anxiety could affect the body. On the assumption that the simple medical explanations are not sufficient to understand the problems of pain, I reconsider the real state of illness accompanied by pain from an aspect of stress. I refer to threat recognition, anxiety in particular, which can be generated by unsuccessful stress-coping behaviors. Anxiety may actually induce pain, or may be recognized as pain, however few reports are available on this mechanism. I will try to clarify the relationship between pain and stress, highlighting the existence of anxiety. | |||||||||||||||||
