一般的な医療現場における有効な手洗い方法を明らかにするために,看護学生を対象とした示指細菌数の測定と手洗い効果判定を行った。手洗いの方法は,通常石鹸,0.1%塩化ベンザルコニウム液,通常石鹸+0.1%塩化ベンザルコニウム液,70%エタノール,ウエルパス,市販薬用石鹸の6通りを比較した。手洗い前後の菌数の比較では,0.1%塩化ベンザルコニウム液,通常石鹸+0.1%塩化ベンザルコニウム液,70%エタノール,ウエルパスについてはそれぞれ手洗いの後に有意に細菌数が減少していたが,通常石鹸・市販薬用石鹸では有意な減少が見られなかった。また,示指に存在する抗生物質(アンピシリン,カナマイシン)耐性菌の構成率を測定し,耐性菌の存在が確認された。以上より,各段階における結果を踏まえた上でより有効な手洗い方法を確立していくことが重要と考える。 |

In order to discover effective ways of cleaning the hands in general medical facilities, we compared the amount of bacteria on fingers of nursing students before and after washing the hands in six ways : with a standard soap, with a benzalkonium chloride solution, with a standard soap followed by a benzalkonium chloride solution, with 70% ethyl alcohol, with a commercial disinfectant called Welpas^[○!R] and with a commercial medicated soap. The effects of washing with standard and medicated soaps were different among individuals, as the number of bacteria increased in some cases and decreased in others. However, other four ways were found to be significantly effective. We also confirmed the presence of bacteria resistant to ampicillin or kanamycin. This suggests that the appropriate choice of detergents as well as washing and rinsing procedures is important to remove bacteria from the hands. |
