The effects of washing with standard and medicated soaps were different among individuals, as the number of bacteria increased in some cases and decreased in others. However, other four ways were found to be significantly effective. We also confirmed the presence of bacteria resistant to ampicillin or kanamycin. This suggests that the appropriate choice of detergents as well as washing and rinsing procedures is important to remove bacteria from the
