| 内容記述 | 本研究は,第1報で明らかになった基礎看護技術洗髪における「十分なすすぎ」に必要な湯量の目安を踏まえて,さらに効率的なすすぎの方法を探求することを目的として行った。基本的手技の洗髪で必要なすすぎ湯量と,「タオルで泡を拭き取る」手技を行わない時のすすぎ湯量,希釈シャンプー剤を使用したときのすすぎ湯量を比較検討した。その結果,従来の洗髪技術では,すすぎを手早くするために必要とされてきた「タオルで泡を拭き取る」手技は,十分な効果を示さないことが示唆された。また,シャンプー剤の使用量は同じでも,原液シャンプー剤より希釈シャンプー剤の方がすすぎ湯量が少ないことが明らかになった。さらに被験者が「十分にすすげた」と感じた時点で,実際に十分すすげている可能性が高いことが示された。 | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The objective of this research is to find a more effective way of rinsing, based on the research Vo1.1 on the volume of hot water necessary for "the adequate rinse. Concerning the volume of hot water necessary for the rinse, the following ways of shampooing were compared:'regular shampoo'-not "wiping bubbles with a towel" at shampoo-and 'washing with diluted shampoo'. The results are as follows: the method of "wiping bubbles with a towel" is not effective, although it has been considered necessary for the quick rinse. However in the case of washing with diluted shampoo, less water is required. | |||||||||||||||||
