本研究の目的は,看護基礎教育のあり方や課題を明確にするために,看護系大学1年生を対象に行った[看護学生の看護職者としての資質]の調査結果と,調査項目の因子構造を検討することである。1年次後期試験終了後に,看護系大学の1年生88名を対象とし,[看護学生の看護職者としての資質]の調査票を用いて調査を実施した。質問項目全体の平均値は3.21(SD 0.66)であり,肯定的評価が多かった。その理由として,早期に行った基礎看護学実習や対象学生の技術演習の方法などの教育方法の効果が示唆された。因子分析を行った結果,3因子42項目の因子解が抽出された。各因子は項目内容により「他者理解や関係性を保つための自己理解」,「科学的思考力に基づいた技能性」,「他者に対する共感性」と命名した。 |

The purpose of this study was to clarify the ideals and problems in basic nursing education. We performed factor analysis to investigate the factor structure of the question items for the survey "Qualities Requisite for Students in the Nursing profession". The survey was conducted on 88 1st year nursing students at university following the completion of the final examination. The average score of the all items was 3.21 (SD 0.66) and overall affirmative replies were obtained. This result suggests educational methods, such as the method of basic nursing practice at an early stage or exercise of basic nursing technique, work effectively. By applying factor analysis, the following three factors were extracted. We determined these three factors as "self-understanding in order to understand others and maintain good relations", "skills and ability based on scientific thinking", and "a sympathetic toward others". |
