| 内容記述 | 「あいのまちの保健室」の活動を開始してから2年が経過,総参加者も1,300名となった。今年度からは新たに活動の企画担当を卒後4年目職員が中心となって行い,更に活動の内容が深まった。今回,2年間の地域看護サービス提供活動を行ってきた病院においてその活動に対する看護職員の意識を知ると共に,活動に参加することでの看護職の仕事に対する職務意識と職務能力促進との関連について調査した。その結果,企画者として活動に参加した人は他職員に比べて「キャリアアップの機会」に対する満足度が有意に高かった。また参加者と未参加者を比較した場合にも,参加者の方が「専門職性」における「自律性」において満足度が有意に高かった。このことから「あいのまちの保健室」の活動を卒後教育の1つとして運営することは,看護職員の職務満足向上につながることが示唆された。また今後,住民参加型の活動を含めた新たな活動方法の検討も必要だと考える。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Two years have passed since the start of the program "Aino Town Healthcare Room". Participants of this program are nurses who have four years experience after graduated from nursing schools. As the core members activities they planned and operated all about this program. During these two years, the number of visiters has reached 1,300, and the activities of the program have already become rooted in the community. Following our research on the responsibility awareness of the nursing staff who participated in the two-year nursing service program in the region; We were able to better understand the correlation of job awareness and job skills. The results clearly indicate that the participants have a higher degree of satisfaction in regard to career advancement opportunities than other staff. By comparing participants and non-participants to the program, we find that participants autonomy of professionalism is higher than that of non-participants. Thus, continuation of "Aino Town Healthcare Room" program and encouraging all nursing staff to participate will be very important. It has been suggested that managing the "Aino Town Healthcare Room" as part of postgraduate education could lead correlate to a higher degree of job satisfaction of nurses. We believe it is necessary to research new activities with emphasis on participation of the people in the community. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
