Participants of this program are nurses who have four years experience after graduated from nursing schools. As the core members activities they planned and operated all about this program. During these two years, the number of visiters has reached 1,300, and the activities of the program have already become rooted in the community. Following our research on the responsibility awareness of the nursing staff who participated in the two-year nursing service program in the region; We were able to better understand the correlation of job awareness and job skills. The results clearly indicate that the participants have a higher degree of satisfaction in regard to career advancement opportunities than other staff. By comparing participants and non-participants to the program, we find that participants autonomy of professionalism is higher than that of non-participants. Thus, continuation of \"Aino Town Healthcare Room\" program and encouraging all nursing staff to participate will be very important. It has been suggested that managing the \"Aino Town Healthcare Room\" as part of postgraduate education could lead correlate to a higher degree of job satisfaction of nurses. We believe it is necessary to research new activities with emphasis on participation of the people in the
