| 内容記述 | 特例許可老人病院において面会に訪れた同居・別居家族106名を対象に,面会時における行動を調査した。その結果コミュニケーションに関する行動が一番多く55.8%,好物を持参するが19.4%,食事介助,爪切り,散歩,排泄介助などの直接的援助が19.1%であったが,他の家族との交流は4.1%と少なかった。また家族の面会満足度の高い群と低い群に有意な差が見られたのは,面会者の性別と病院行事への参加であった。家族の行事への参加は,患者のADLの状況や家族の行事への参加を促進する企画に影響される。面会による満足度を高め,入院による老人との家族関係を希薄化させないためには,病院における患者のADLを低下させない日常生活の援助や面会に関するPR,家族への積極的な関わりが望まれる。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | In this study, the behaviors of 106 visiting family members of the patients at "A special permission elderly hospital" were surveyed. The results showed that the most frequently observed behavior centered around communication, being 55.8 % of the cases. Other frequently observed behavior was the following : bringing patients' favorite food : 19.4%, and direct and physical support in eating, cutting nails, taking a walk, toileting, etc. : 19.1%. Communication with other family members was not observed frequently, being only 4.1 %. In addition, a significant difference was observed in satisfaction of the patients with the groups of family members in their sex ; they prefer feucal members and participation in hospital events. Visitors' participation in hospital events is influenced by the patients' ADL conditions and how the events are planned to induce their participation. In order to increase the satisfaction of patients by visiting and to prevent the weakening of family ties, it is desirable that the hospital supports patients' daily activities sufficiently to prevent further deterioration of patients' ADL levels and conduct public relations or communicate directly with families to increase the number of their visits. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
