| 内容記述 | 妊娠期における災害時の備えに関する研究の動向と課題を明らかにすることを目的として文献レビューを行った．医学中央雑誌Web版，CiNii，PubMedを用い，2023年12月25日に検索した．計305件の文献が検出され，検索日までに出版された28文献が対象となった．文献は2020年代に急増しており，東日本大震災と南海トラフ巨大地震に関するものが多かった．文献内容の分析から，【妊婦の備えに対する意識・行動】【病院における備え・防災教育】【備えに関連した情報・防災教育】【地域における備え】の4テーマに分類された．支援者と妊婦自身双方の知識向上，避難場所を想定した備えの強化に向けて，妊婦への情報提供，防災教育に向けた研究と実装が今後の課題である． | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to identify trends and issues in research on disaster preparedness in pregnancy．We searched the Web version of the Central Journal of Medicine，CiNii，and PubMed on December 25，2023．A total of 305 references were found，28 of which were published by the search date．The number of references increased rapidly in the 2020s，and many of them were related to the Great East Japan Earthquake and the Nankai Trough Earthquake．Based on the analysis of the content of the literature，the literature was categorized into four themes：awareness and behavior of pregnant women toward preparedness，preparedness and disaster education at hospitals，information and disaster education related to preparedness，and preparedness in the community．Future research and implementation of information provision and disaster education for pregnant women is an issue to be addressed in order to improve the knowledge of both supporters and pregnant women themselves，and to enhance preparedness in anticipation of evacuation sites． | |||||||||||||||||
