purpose of this study was to identify trends and issues in research on disaster preparedness in pregnancy．We searched the Web version of the Central Journal of Medicine，CiNii，and PubMed on December 25，2023．A total of 305 references were found，28 of which were published by the search date．The number of references increased rapidly in the 2020s，and many of them were related to the Great East Japan Earthquake and the Nankai Trough Earthquake．Based on the analysis of the content of the literature，the literature was categorized into four themes：awareness and behavior of pregnant women toward preparedness，preparedness and disaster education at hospitals，information and disaster education related to preparedness，and preparedness in the community．Future research and implementation of information provision and disaster education for pregnant women is an issue to be addressed in order to improve the knowledge of both supporters and pregnant women themselves，and to enhance preparedness in anticipation of evacuation
