| 内容記述 | 看護師の部署間応援に関する先行研究から，その有益性と問題点を整理することを目的に，文献レビューを行った．医中誌Web版を用いて「応援」または「リリーフ」をキーワードに検索し，部署間応援の取り組みや現状が把握できる文献を選定し，35文献を抽出した． 部署間応援の有益性については，【組織マネジメント】，【個人の成長】，【個人のポジティブな認知】の3つのカテゴリーに分類された．問題点については，【個人のネガティブな認知】，【応援要請側の不備】，【応援システムの問題】の3つのカテゴリーに分類された．文献はすべて自施設に関する調査に留まっているが，一定の有益性があり，問題点の対策を検討することにより，さらなる有益性が期待できる．今後は，多施設の横断的な調査を行い検証していく必要性が示唆された． |

| 内容記述 | A literature review was conducted with the aim of summarizing the benefits and problems of interdepartmental support for nurses from previous studies. Using The Web Edition of Medical Journal, a search was conducted using the keywords "support" or "relief" to select 35 references from which the efforts and current status of interdepartmental support could be ascertained. The benefits of interdepartmental cheering were classified into three categories: [organizational management], [individual growth], and [positive perception of individuals]. Problems were classified into three categories: "Negative perceptions by individuals," "Inadequacies on the part of the support requestor," and "Problems with the support system. Although all of the references are limited to surveys conducted at the respondents' own institutions, they are useful to a certain extent, and further usefulness can be expected by examining countermeasures for the problems. The necessity of conducting a cross-sectional survey of multiple institutions is suggested for further validation. |
