| 内容記述 | 高等学校の衛生看護科で学ぶ生徒は，普通教科の学習に加え看護専門教科の学習を余儀なくされており，多くの課題に翻弄され，入学当初の目標を見失ってしまうことが少なくない．原因として自己効力感の低下や低迷があげられる．自己効力感を高めるのは自助努力が基本であるが，教育的取り組みにより高められることが示唆されている．一方，人間の行動を予測するために用いられてきた性格特性は，10代後半までの変動が大きいとわれている．今回，自己効力感と性格特性の関連を調査し，性格特性の中の「外向性」と正の相関，「神経症傾向」と負の相関がみられた． | |||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Students studying health nursing in high school are forced to study nursing subjects in addition to their regular subjects, and often lose sight of the goals they set when they first entered the program due to the many challenges they face. One of the reasons for this is a decline or stagnation in self-efficacy. Although self-help efforts are fundamental to enhancing self-efficacy, it has been suggested that it can be enhanced through educational efforts. On the other hand, personality traits, which have been used to predict human behavior, are considered to be highly variable until the late teens. In this study, we investigated the relationship between self-efficacy and personality traits, and found a positive correlation with "extraversion" and a negative correlation with "neuroticism" among the personality traits. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
