| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は,看護短期大学生の精神的健康度や障害診断の有無の視点から学校適応感を分析し,必要な支援について検討することであった.看護短期大学生を対象に質問紙による調査を行い,精神的健康度,学校適応感について測定した.その結果,障害の診断がある学生は,診断なしの学生に比べて精神的健康度が低い学生が有意に多いが,相談室利用経験は有意差がないことが明らかになった.学校適応感については,要介入群は健康群より「劣等感の無さ」の得点が有意に低いことから,精神的健康度の低い学生の方が劣等感が強いことが明らかになった.今回の結果から,障害のある学生に対しては相談室の利用をすすめていく必要があること,精神的健康度の低い学生を支援する際には,劣等感に配慮することが重要であることが示唆された.(著者抄録) | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of the study was to measure the sense of adjustment to school life of nursing college students based on students` mental health and/ or physical disability condition. Also, to determine whether counseling support is required. If so, what type of support to provide. The General Health Questionnaire 60 was used to measure the state of mental health and the adjustment to school life of nursing college students. Based on the results, Significantly more students with a disability diagnosis are unhealthy than healthy students, and there is no significant difference in counseling use between students with and without a disability diagnosis. Regarding school adjustment, the unhealthy group had a higher sense of inferiority than the healthy group. Students with disabilities need to be encouraged to use counseling. It is important to consider feelings of inferiority when assisting students with unhealthy mental health conditions. | |||||||||
