| 内容記述 | A市で,認知症に対するイメージを調査し,地域の協力者とともに認知症予防の啓発を行う事を目的とし,今後の認知症に理解のある地域づくりの一助とする事を意義に企画実施する事とした.調査の回答者は26名である.認知症のイメージとして,周りの人に迷惑をかける,何もできない,と考えている人はおらず,施設に入所させる様な考えではない事が明らかとなった.しかし自立して暮らしていくのか,医療・介護の支援を受けながら暮らしていくのか意見が分かれた.この様なイベントで認知症の正しい理解や予防方法を伝え,認知症ケアパスにあるやさしいまちづくりを目指していく必要がある.今後は予防啓発を行うにあたり専門職団体と情報共有を行ったり,医療機関と協力して相談会や学習会など検討したり,専門職同士の関係を構築したりする事で一層、認知症に理解のある地域づくりに結び付ける事がよいと考える.(著者抄録) | |||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | In city A, The purpose of the survey was to investigate the image of dementia and to raise awareness of dementia prevention with community partners. and The project was planned and carried out with the meaningful to contribute the creation of a community that understands dementia. There were 26 respondents to the survey. It was clear that no one thought of dementia as "bothering others" or "not being able to do anything," and few thought of institutionalizing a person with dementia. However, opinions were divided as to whether they should live independently or with medical and nursing care support. It is necessary to convey the correct understanding of dementia and prevention methods at such events, and aim to create a "friendly community" as stated in the Dementia Care Path. In the future, we will share information with professional associations to raise awareness of prevention, consider holding consultation and study sessions in cooperation with medical institutions, and build relationships among professionals to create a community with a better understanding of dementia. |
