| 内容記述 | 保健師助産師看護師学校養成所指定規則の一部を改正する省令が2020年に公布され,在宅看護論の名称が地域・在宅看護論に改められた.今回のカリキュラム改正に伴い,地域・在宅看護論の教授方法の検討を目的に調査を行った.対象は2021年4月に入学した学生100名とした.その結果,高齢者の世話経験と社会資源・共生社会・健康概念に関する知識の関連,互助や在宅看護への興味関心と共生社会の意義に関する知識の関連,地域行事参加・近所付き合いと高齢者相談窓口に関する知識の関連が認められた.地域・在宅看護論の教授方法として,高齢者の世話経験がない学生でも,地域で生活する人々を理解するために体験学習をし,地域での生活に触れることで,社会資源に関する知識の獲得と定着を図れるような工夫が必要である.また互助や在宅看護に興味関心を持ち,地域とのつながりの重要性について理解できるような工夫が必要である.(著者抄録) | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The Ministerial Ordinance for Partial Revision of the Rules for the Designation of Public Health Nurses, Midwives and Nursing Schools was promulgated in 2020, and the name of the theory of home nursing was changed to that of community home nursing. Following the revision of the curriculum, the survey was conducted with the aim that of examining the teaching method of community home nursing. The target was 100 students who entered the school in April 2021. As a result, the connection between "the experience of caring for the elderly" and "the knowledge of social resource, symbiotic society and health concepts" has been found. The connection between "interest in mutual aid and home nursing" and "knowledge on the significance of a symbiotic society" has been found. The connection between "participation in community events", "neighborhood relationship" and "knowledge of counseling centers for the elderly" has been found. As a method of teaching community home nursing, it is necessary to devise ways to acquire and establish knowledge of social resources by learning experience and learning the life in the community to understand people living in the community even if they have no experience in caring for the elderly. Also, it is necessary to make nursing students interested in mutual aid and home nursing and understand the importance of community connections. | |||||||||||||||||
