We established a care workshop in 2016 and have worked together with the staff of Aino Hospital and other facilities in order to promote mutual understanding through providing learning opportunities. The workshop has taken root over 2 years of activities.
A participatory workshop, taking properties of adult learners into consideration, could provide good opportunities for well-experienced learners to look objectively at their experiences and a support participants to learn, and so the workshop is now become held on continuous basis.
Through our efforts, we recognized that the workshop should be operated by taking participantsʼ life stages into consideration. |
