| 内容記述 | 自分自身の手を使った対象者へのタッチは, 看護における多くの援助場面で用いられている. タッチにはリラクゼーション効果や不安・疼痛の緩和などの効果があり, さらにはタッチを行うことにより看護獅も対象者の状態や感情を把握することができ, その相互作用によりケアが深まることが報告されている. 近年になって, タッチすることにより脳下垂体後葉よりオキシトシンというホルモンが分泌され, これらの効果を増大させていることが解ってきた. しかしまだ看護におけるタッチは各看護師の経験に基づいて行なわれる援助が多く, 十分なエヴィデンスの証明がなされていない. 今回, 看護におけるタッチの効果と意義についてまとめていきたい。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The touch of the object person who used own a hand in nursing is used in much support scenes. A touch is effective in a relaxation effect or the palliation of uneasiness, sharp pain, and, besides, the nurse can grasp a state and the feelings of the person of object by being involved more, and care deepens by the interaction. The hormone of oxytocin is secreted from the posterior lobe of involved by touching in recent years, and it has been understood to increase these effects. However, I tend the touch in the nursing to be performed based on the experience of each nurse, and proof of enough evidence is not yet done. I want to gather it up about an effect and the significance of the touch to reject for nursing this time. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
