在宅看護に関する縦断的研究 : 訪問看護実習の学習効果

本研究は,訪問看護師の仕事に関するイメージをどの程度有しているかに関して在宅看護論受講前の2年生と受講後の3年生で比較した。あわせて,学生の学びの変化を,訪問看護に関する実習前後の縦断的アンケート調査から検討するとともに,実習での学生の満足度や学びに影響する要因を検討した。結果から,在宅看護論I・II受講前の2年生では訪問看護師の仕事に関する具体的なイメージは有していないが,受講後の3年生では具体的なイメージが高まり,実習を経験することでより強まることが明らかとなった。そして,実習での学びの程度に影響するのは「訪問看護に対する興味を高めること」と「訪問件数」であることが明らかとなり,学生の学びには平均して概ね3件/日ほどの訪問件数が必要であることが明らかとなった。一方,実習施設により,学生の学びの内容は異なり,どのような施設で実習するかが,学生の学びに影響することが明らかとなった。

In this study we compared the images of home-visit nursing entertained by sophomores, who had not received education on home nursing yet, with those entertained by juniors, who had already received such education. Also, through a longitudinal questionnaire survey conducted before and after the experience of practical training in home-visit nursing, the shift in the aspects of learning was examined as well as the degree of satisfaction with the practice and the factors that influenced learning. The result suggests that students have little knowledge and vague images about home-visit nursing before attending home-visit nursing courses (I) and (II), but after attendance they gain concrete images, which are intensified in proportion to their training experience. It is clear that "interest" and "the frequency of visits" influence learning in practical training, and that an average of 3 visits per day is necessary for effective learning. On the other hand, the contents of learning are varied, depending upon the training facilities where students study.
