本研究の目的は,学生が初回基礎看護学実習のどのような経験から,看護職者として必要な資質を身に付けていくのかを明らかにすることである。57名の基礎看護学実習終了後に記載したレポートの内容を分析した。その結果,153個の学びが抽出され,【技能性】,【情緒性】,【関係性】,【主体性】,【その他】の5個のカテゴリーに分類された。本実習が受け持ち患者とのコミュニケーションを主体とした実習であったため,【関係性】や【情緒性】に関する学びが多かった。本実習で,実際に患者と関わり,医療の現場に身を置くことによって経験したことは,講義では得られない経験である。初めて看護という職業に触れることで,自らの関係性のありようを振り返る機会となっていたことが記述内容から推測された。 |

The purpose of this study is to examine how students acquire qualities requisite for the nursing profession through basic nursing practice. We have analyzed the reports submitted by 57 students. As a result, 153 codes have been extracted and classified into 5 categories : "skillfulness", "emotionality", "relationships", "autonomy" and "others". Since the objective of this training is to communicate with patients, students have learned a lot of things about "relationships" and "emotionality". Through this training, students have actually engaged in medical services and interacted with patients. This is not a type of learning experienced through lectures. Based on the report contents, we suggest that this training, through direct experience of nursing, has provided students with an opportunity of reflecting how successful their relationships have been. |
