| 内容記述 | 本研究は,増加してきた看護系大学の教員が抱えている課題および今後取り組むべき課題を検討するための基礎資料を得ることを目的に,看護系大学教員を含む看護教員を対象にした研究の動向を概観した。過去12年間の文献を検索し,看護系大学教員を含む看護教員を対象にしている研究を抽出し分析した。その結果,看護系大学教員を対象にした研究は,大学数の増加に伴って増加傾向にはあるが,急激な大学の増加に伴う諸問題を明確にし,解決するには,その分野の研究論文数はまだ十分ではないと思われた。特に,教員個人と,組織としての大学の両面において,質を保つための探究が,よりよい看護学教育を行っていくために重要な鍵を握ると考えられた。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The number of nursing colleges is increasing. The purpose of this study is to acquire basic data in order to assess current and future issues facing teachers of nursing. Therefore the research trends were surveyed. References for the past twelve years were searched. We then selected and analysed research papers concerned with the subject of teachers of nursing. Consequently we found that the number of research papers on this subject increased in accordance with the growth of the number of nursing colleges. However the number of papers is not sufficient to clarify and resolve the issues relating to the rapid increase of nursing colleges. It is especially important to focus on raising the quality of nursing education at both the organizational and individual level. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
