| 内容記述 | 近年,K大学では学生数の増加に伴い,保健センターを利用する学生の数が増えてきており,とくに,精神的ケアを必要とする学生が増加している。また,ケアのため他職種との連携が必要とするケースが増加し,より充実した看護が必要になってきている。本報告では1993年から2001年の保健センター利用学生の動向を明らかにし,今後の学生支援の方向性を検討した。その結果,入学当初の学生への予防的知識の提供などを行うなど,学生の健康支援の維持につとめ,個々の学生への看護職,医師,カウンセラー,大学の教職員などと連携した支援チームの体制を充実・構築していくことが重要であることがわかった。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | In recent years, the number of students visiting the Health Center at K University, have been increasing in proportion to the increase in the number of students. Among them, the number of students who need mental care tends to increase. For those students the cooperation of the Health Center with other occupational workers is needed. The trend of students who use the Health Center in 1993-2001 has been studied, and its real situation has been examined. Consequently, we found it necessary to offer the prevention-knowledge to the students at the time of entrance. We also propose that for the maintenance of health support of students, a support team consisting of the nurses, doctors, counselors and the college staff should be organized. | |||||||||||
