本学における教員研修の現状と課題

2000年度および2001年度の教員研修会の運営の経験から,本学における教員研修の課題を検討した。教員研修会は,藍野学院短期大学の看護教育の向上のために教員が相互に研鑚し合うことを目的に,教員各自が取りくんでいる教育・研究活動を報告するという形で開催した。教員研修会は,過去2年間で15回開催し,33題の報告があった。これら33題の報告から,本学教員の教育研究活動の動向を分析した。研究デザインは,調査研究と評価研究が最も多く,両者あわせて54.6%であった。研究の内容は,看護学に関するものが60.6%,医学に関するものが21.2%,その他が18.2%であった。今回の教員研修会の検討から,本学教員が多岐にわたる研究手法を持ち,また教員が共通の研究課題を持っていることが解った。今後は,学内の教員による共同研究が期待される。

We examined some problems of the meeting of the teaching staff for study and training in our college, based on our experiences of chairing the committee in 2000 and 2001. The meetings have been held for the purpose of improvement in research and education in Aino Gakuin College. There have been 33 reports in 15 meetings presented in the last 2 years. The teaching staff have presented the recent research activities of their field. The trend of their studies and education activities were examined. The majority of the reports was on survey research and evaluation research, being 54.6%. Most of the survey research included teaching methods of nursing, nursing methods and medicine, being 81.8%. We found that teachers of Aino Gakuin College had diverse research methods and research themes in common. The research collaboration among them is expected.
