| 内容記述 | 看護基礎教育において,背景の異なる学生集団を対象に基礎看護技術の習得レベルを一定の水準に向上させることを目的とした研究を行った。ジグソー学習法を用いた結果,「看護技術の習得度」が前年度のクラス平均よりも15.1点/100点満点と向上した。さらに,この学習法は,「責任感」,「主体的な学習行動」,「コミュニケーションによる人間関係の形成」など,看護師としての資質を高めることにも有効であることが認められた。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | In the education of basic nursing skill it is not easy to establish a fixed standard of basic nursing skills with groups of students who have different backgrounds. Therefore, using the jigsaw method we carried out a study in order to improve basic nursing skills. The results show that "degree of mastery of nursing skills" improved by 15.1 points in 100 points as compared with the previous year's class. Furthermore, its possible effectiveness has been recognized in enhancing qualities of "sense of responsibility," "core learning activities," and "formation of human relations based on communication." | |||||||||||
