| 内容記述 | 訪問看護実習では,学生が療養者の生活の場に赴き,訪問先ではじめて出会う療養者や家族の生活の中に入り在宅看護に必要な知識を得る。実習時間と訪問回数の制約はあるが,療養者の生活を支えるために必要な看護の要件について概ね学習は可能であると評価される。しかし,療養者に対する学生の関心や理解には疑問が残る。在宅看護の様々な制約から,学生は療養者と会話する機会が少なかったり,援助を提供する機会に恵まれなかったり等の現状が療養者への関心や理解に影響を与えているのではないかと考えられる。本研究では,親密性を高める握手法(SHI法)を訪問看護実習に導入し,SHI法を用いた場合の学生の療養者への対人認知(親密性)の変化,SHI法以外の療養者とのタッチ(援助時の皮膚接触)の有無による対人認知について調査した。その結果,タッチやSHI法を用いた場合,対人認知(親密性)に一定の改善がみとめられた。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | By visiting patients' houses and observing them and their families, nursing students can obtain knowledges necessary for home care nursing. However, it is not quite sure whether nursing students can make friendly relationships with patients and understand their families' problems in a short period with limited times of visits. In the present study, it was investigated that shaking hand with intimacy and touch (skin-ship) methods had some favorable effects on home health nursing practice and we observed some improvement in students' study on the understanding of patients' conditions. | |||||||||||||
