| 内容記述 | 新しい時代の看護に対応するために,基礎看護教育のカリキュラムが1997年に改訂された。そして新しい科目として,在宅看護論が加えられた。しかし,現実問題として,在宅看護論というこの新しい領域には,だれが,どこで,どのように教えるかという大きな問題がある。そこで,看護実習をより充実させるために,昨年の実習の実態を調査した。この調査を通して,いくつかの解決すべき問題のあることが明らかになった。たとえば小規模の訪問看護ステーションでの実習が困難なこと,ケアを受ける人の負担が増大していること,教育する側の役割は何かということ,そして看護過程の学習がどれほど効果的か,ということなどである。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The curriculum in education of basic nursing was revised in 1997, in order to cope with the new nursing age, and a course of home health care was added, as a new subject. In this new course of home health care, however, there are serious problems on who teaches and where and how to teach students. So I scrutinized the actual situation of the nursing practice which was given to the students last year, in order to make nursing practice better in the future. From this study, I found that there are several problems to be solved, for examples, the difficulty of practice in a small station of visiting nurses, increasing burden on the person being cared, what the role of teaching staff is and how much effective the learnig of nursing process is. | |||||||||||
