| 内容記述 | 本学は,開学時より学生への支援として,アドバイザー制度を実施してきた。アドバイザーの役割は,学生生活の諸問題に対して相談にのりアドバイスを与えたり,学業成績に関する情報提供や個別指導を行うなどである。今回,アドバイザー制度に対する学生の活用の実態と期待内容を明らかにするために,1年生から3年生までの在校生を対象に質問紙調査を行った。その結果,70%以上の学生がアドバイザー制度を積極的に活用していないにも関わらず,80%以上の学生がアドバイザー制度の存続やアドバイザー教員を必要としていることが示された。活用度が低い理由として,青年期にある学生にとって最も身近なサポーターは友人や親であること,またアドバイスを必要とした場合,自分のアドバイザー教員でなく他の教員に相談することなどが明らかになった。さらにアドバイザー教員には,親しみやすさなどの心理的配慮や積極的な関わりを求めていることが示された。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The adviser-system to support students has been adopted since our nursing college was founded. The role of advisers is expected to respond to the students who have various problems on their student lives, to give information on school records and to instruct them individually. In the present study questionnaires were given to the students, from the first to the third year, to find their actual conditions and expectation to the adviser-system. The results were the following : More than 80% of the students considered that they needed the adviser-system, although more than 70% of the students did not utilize the adviser-system actively. The reasons why the students did not fully utilize this system were mainly because when the students needed advice, they did not find their adviser teachers in the campus or they felt that the teachers looked too busy to respond to the students. Thus, the students' real situation was : first, when the students needed advisers, they consult their friends and parents ; second, the students select other teachers then their adviser teachers ; third, the students accordingly seemed to look for intimate relation with their adviser teachers. | |||||||||||||
