入学者選抜方法が入学後の学業成績に与える影響を明らかにするため,1996年度から1998年度入学者120名を,3群(一般入試入学者58名・推薦入試入学者46名・社会人入試入学者16名)に分け,入学者選抜方法別に学業成績を比較検討した。その結果,入学後の学業成績は社会人入試入学者,一般入試入学者,推薦入試入学者の順に有意に高い結果を示した。また,学業成績に影響を与える要因を入学試験成績,年齢,高校成績と考え,それらの関係を入学者選抜方法別に検討した。その結果,学業成績と入学試験成績,学業成績と年齢,学業成績と高校成績との間に有意な相関が認められた。これらの結果にもとづき,入学者選抜方法の見直しや入学後の指導方法について検討を加えた。 |

One hundred twenty students were divided into 3 groups : (1) general students entered by entrance examinations : 58 ; (2) those entered by recommendation by high schools : 46 ; (3) those entered as members of society : 16, during the years 1996-98, and their school records were compared. It was found that the number of the students who remained in the same class and left school was largest with (2), then (1) and smallest with (3). Moreover, the relationship among the records of entrance examination, age, and high school records, as factors influencing school record, was examined. Significant correlation was found between the school record and the other factors, i.e. the record of entrance examination, the age and the high school records. We thus scrutinized the results obtained in the present study, possibly to modify the methods of the three kinds of entrance examinations in the future. |
