| 内容記述 | 自己理解と,対人関係における相互理解が得られることを目的に,循環過程を用いた体験学習を9名の総合演習の受講生に実施した。客観的に自己を見つめることができるように,総合演習の前後に自己評価チェックリスト用いた。その結果,総合演習前には,4名の学生が大学生の平均値を下まわっていたが,総合演習後は,全員が平均値を上回った。その他,学生の反応から,今回の体験学習は,自己理解と人間関係における相互理解が得られるのに,効果的であったといえる。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The present study was carried out in order to evaluate the significace of the learnig-cycle-process in experience learning with 9 students. The students filled out the self-evaluation list before and after the learning-cycle-process. Before the process four students were ranked below the mean. However, all the students recorded above the mean after learning-cycle-process. It is concluded that the process of learning-cycle in experience learning was significantly effective in self and mutual-understandings in personal relations. | |||||||||||
