1993年より開始され,1997年現在に至る訪問看護事業について,47都道府県における訪問看護ステーションの整備状況と医療機関数との関係,ならびに訪問看護活動が病院機能評価指標に与える影響を明らかにする目的で府県相関分析を行い,次の結論を得た。1)各府県の訪問看護ステーションは,一般病院数との間に正の相関を示しながら整備されつつあるが,一般診療所数との関係は明らかではない。2)一訪問看護ステーション当たり利用者数と一般病床の病院機能評価指標との関係は,平均在院日数および病床利用率とは負相関を,病床回転率とは正相関を示し,ぞれぞれの関係は年と共に,すなわち,訪問看護ステーション数が増加するに伴い増強する。これらの結果から訪問看護事業が地域の病院機能評価指標に好影響を与えていると推察される。 |

Regarding the home-visit nursing care system from 1993 to 1997, we made a prefectural correlation analysis to clarify the relationship in the preparedness of the home-visit nursing care stations among 47 prefectures and the number of general hospitals. We also studied the infuluence of the home-visit nursing care activities on the indicator for evaluating the hospital function. We obtained the following results : 1) The home-visit nursing care stations in the prefectures are being improved, showing a positive correlation with the number of general hospitals. However, their relations with the number of clinics are not clear. 2) In the relationship between the number of users per home-visit nursing care satations and the indicator for evaluating hospital function in general beds of hospital, the average length of hospital stay is negatively correlated with the occupancy rate but positively correlated with the turnover rate of beds. This relation increases with years, that is, with an increase in number of home-visit nursing care stations. Therefore, we conclude that the home-visit nursing care system has a favourable effect on the indicator for evaluating the hospital function in the locality. |
