| 内容記述 | 口腔内セネストパチーに関する精神病理学的研究は少なく,セネストパチーの対象としてなぜ口や歯が選ばれるのか分からないままである。民俗学的知見によれば,口や歯は唾液とともに境界神的,呪術的役割を果たしている部位である。4例の女性の口腔内セネストパチー患者について民俗精神医学的立場から検討した。彼女らは窮地に立たされ絶望せざるを得ない状況のなか,急激な心的緊張の低下をきたし,基層文化が無意識の世界から甦り,災厄や苦しみから逃れようとして,呪術の場として口を選び,不浄,悪穢,疫病などを体内から追い出そうとしているかのように思われる。口腔内セネストパチーの異常対象物が身体と異質性の強い物質で表現される背景には,仏教説話が影響しているかのように思われる。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | There have been only few psychopathological studies on oral cavity cenestopathic symptom and there is no sufficient evidence as to the cause for these symptoms. This paper examines 4 patients of oral cavity cenestopathic symptom. While patients suffer from intolerable conflicts, they contract mental disorder. The present study focuses on the cause of these symptoms from the viewpoints of folkloristic psychiatric study. The old custom is still latently in our subconsciousness. If we find ourselves in a difficult situation, it revives immediately. Based on a Japanese old custom, it is said that a oral cavity plays a role as the boundary in connecting our body with the outside, and then oral cavity as well as tooth has the power of magic and deity of the boundary in preventing the invasion of impurity, pollution and epidemic. It is concluded that the cenestopathic symptom in oral cavity is one of the expressions of the magical power in oral cavity and tooth to drive off evil. | |||||||||||||
