言語連想検査を心理テストの一つとして用いるためには、様々な疾患における反応特徴を明らかにする必要がある。本研究においては精神科に入院中および外来通院中の精神分裂病患者と非定型精神病患者の反応語の出現頻度および反応内容を検討することによって、両疾患にみられる反応の特徴を明らかにした。その結果、精神分裂病患者は非定型精神病患者に比べて、思考が関連に乏しく飛躍的で、認知も障害されていることが示唆された。さらに、精神分裂病患者では感情面の障害が認められ、他人への関心が低く、社会的に引きこもりがちで、非協力的、拒否的な態度をとるものが認められた。これらの調査結果は精神分裂病患者について行われた既存の心理テストの結果とも一致しており、さらに実施は比較的容易で、かつ患者への負担が少ないことにより、本検査が心理テストの一つとして有用なことが示唆された。 |

In the present study,with the anaysis of frequency and content of reaction words derived from the responses by schizophrenics and atypical psychotics (inpatients or outpatients),we have clarified the distinctive features of responses expressed by those patients. The present study indicates that the stream or flow of thought of schizophrenics is poorer in assosiation and logic, and also cognition is more frequently distorted than atypical psychotics. Futhermore,schizophrenics show disorders in emotional function. They are less intersted in other persons; consequently,they become asocial and less cooperative. These results correspond with those of other psychological tests (Rorschach test,Drawing test) for schizophrenics. In addition,our word association test is relatively easy to carry out and gives less burden on the patients as compared with other tests. It is concluded that the word association test is one of the useful psychological tests |
