| 内容記述 | 臨地実習が看護短大生の「対処行動」に及ぼす影響を知るために、臨地実習の前後すなわち基礎看護実習終了時から国家試験までの期間に、同一学生に対し継続的に4回、質問紙を用いた調査を行った。その結果、対処行動の5つの因子のうち『問題中心対処』を除く他の4つの因子、すなわち『希望的観測』『社会的援助の探究』『回避・依存』『自己非難』において大きな変化が見られた。2回生時と3回生時の対処行動を比べると、3回生時の結果が2回生時のものより高く、臨地実習が対処行動に良い影響を及ぼしていることがわかった。なお、2回生時においては『社会的援助の探究』の因子得点は2回生時において最も高く、『問題中心対処』は3回生時において低かった。また、『回避・依存』の因子得点はどの時期においても低かった。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | We surveyed questionnaires submitted four times continually by nursing students who were in the period before and after the nursing practice in the hospital,in order to confirm the effect of the nursing practice on their coping behavior. We found an extensive change in the four factors namely "wishful thinking,""seeking social support,""avoidance,""dependence,""self-blamed" among 5 excpt for "problem-focused coping." If the coping behaviors are compared between second and third year students,the latter showd a better result, probably because the nursing practice in the hospital exerted a favorable effect on their coping behavior. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
