女子看護学生の精神的健康度を測定することを目的とし、本学看護学科学生84名を対象に色彩象徴テスト、ストレス度、日常生活について自記式調査を実施した。結果は、1.精神的健康群が62名、精神的不健康群が15名であった。精神的不健康群の性格特性は、思索的で抑うつ性、内省的な傾向にあり、自信がなく気弱な性格と言える。2.精神的健康群・不健康群とストレス度との間に関連がみられず、色彩象徴テストによる精神的健康度の測定が可能であるか明らかでなかった。3.「ストレス適応型」は自宅通学生、朝食を取る学生、生活に満足感がある学生に多い。以上のことより日常生活の行動習慣を規定するパーソナリティーと、精神的健康度の関連を明らかにする尺度の検討を行い、学生自身が日常生活に目を向け自己の健康について自覚する方法が必要である。 |

We conducted a Color Symbolism Test(CTS),an inquiry of stress check list and a questionnaire relating life styles in order to estimate the general health of 84 female students of the nursing department,Aino Gakuin College. We obtained the following results:1.Sixty-two students were in the group of Type general health"and 15"Non-type general health." The personality trait of the group "Non-type general health" showed the tendency of meditation,depression,lack of self-confidence,and shyness. 2.Since no relevance was found between the two types of "General Health" and degress of stress,it was not clear if the general health of the nursing students could be judged only by CST.3.The majority of students judged as "Type adjustable to stress" were day students who regularly ate breakfast and were satisfied with their lives.We thus have futher to examine the relationship between the personality trait and health management by the students. |
