2023年３月時点で在籍している藍野大学短期大学部の学生に対して，新型コロナウイルス感染症の罹患歴，引き続く罹患後症状，新型コロナウイルスワクチン接種歴などについて対面式無記名アンケート調査を行った．調査対象としたのは，ほぼオミクロン株の流行期に一致する2022年１月から2023年３月．対象者は439名で回答数は334名（回答率76.1％）であった．期間中に１回以上感染したのは123名で，内7名が２回感染していた．のべ130回の感染イベントのうち，32.6％で療養期間終了後も何らかの症状があった．罹患後症状としては全身倦怠感，嗅覚障害，咳などが多く，症状のあった例のうち42.9％がすくなくとも１日以上欠席していた．ワクチン接種歴については9.6％が全く接種しておらず，2回以下の接種にとどまるものが27.2％，３回以上のものが72.8％であった．ワクチン接種回数が２回以下のものと３回以上のものを比較すると，感染数は前者で有意に多かったが，罹患後症状の発生率に差は見られなかった． |

Students at the Aino University Junior College were surveyed by an anonymous questionnaire about their history of SARS-COV2 infection, subsequent post-COVID-19 condition, and SARS-COV2 vaccination. The survey covered the period from January 2022 to March 2023, which roughly coincides with the epidemic period of the Omicron strain. A total of 439 students were surveyed and 334 responded (76.1%). During the investigation period, 123 students were infected at least once, including 7 students who were infected twice. Of the total 130 infection events, 32.6% had some symptoms after the end of the treatment period and 42.9% of symptomatic students needed to be absent from college for at least one day. The most frequent post-COVID-19 symptoms were general fatigue, olfactory dysfunction, and cough. 9.6% of the students were not vaccinated at all, 27.2% were vaccinated only twice or less, and 72.8% were vaccinated three or more times. The infection rate was significantly higher among students who had been vaccinated two or fewer times than vaccinated three or more times. However, there was no difference in the incidence of post-COVID-19 symptoms between the two groups. |
