The literature was searched using the Web version of the Central Journal of Medicine using the keywords \"medical safety\" and \"nursing education,\" and finally 28 references were extracted that focused on nursing students as the research subjects.\n　From the analysis of the results, they were classified into 10 categories of 5 themes: \"evaluation of medical safety exercises\", \"awareness and recognition of medical safety\", \"analysis of incident reports\", \"medical safety behavior\", and \"risk sensitivity\". Of the 10 categories, the most frequent were <role play> (7 cases), <change in awareness with grade progression> (4 cases), and <analysis of incident reports> (4 cases).\nMany of the studies on the evaluation of medical safety exercises aimed to lead \nto students' risk prediction and risk avoidance behaviors, and students had more opportunities to be involved in incident cases through their practical training experience, and their interest and awareness of medical safety increased.
