Method: Qualitatively inductively report on the challenges of \"what was difficult in achieving the purpose of the training and how to overcome it\" for 94 fourth-year students who conducted the training in 2020 analyzed. Results: Two categories of student difficulties were identified: [difficulties derived from practical training] and [difficulties derived from student qualities]. In terms of content, more difficulties were found to be derived from integrative nursing practice than from the hybrid type. Two categories of methods for overcoming difficulties were identified: [methods for overcoming difficulties in practice] and [methods for overcoming difficulties in learning]. Discussion: Although we were able to learn about the goals to be achieved, it was suggested that there is a need to introduce education that incorporates the reality of clinical practice with an eye to after the students enter the
