Gakuin","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"目的:外来でインターフェロン療法(以下,IFN療法)を受ける患者の語りから疾患や治療に対する思い,治療の支えや副作用に対する対処方法,療養中の日常生活の様子について明らかにし,支持的支援のための一助とする.方法:外来でIFN療法を受けている患者5名を対象に半構成的面接法による調査を行い,患者自身の療養体験から逐語録を作成し,疾患や治療に対する思い,療養生活の支えなどについて語られている部分を抽出し,質的帰納的分析を行った.結果:患者が語った内容を分析したところ60のコードが抽出され、意味内容の類似性から42の主な語りの内容にまとめられ,その内容は14のサブカテゴリーを経て5つのカテゴリーにまとめられた。結論:IFN療法中の患者の療養体験から,患者はそれぞれに治療に対する期待や何らかの支えを有しており,副作用を抱えた生活は気持ちの切り替えをしたり,これまでの生活を継続しようと努めたり,副作用のコントロールをしたりという状況であり,治療のための行動変容や病気のことを友人に語れないという側面もみられた。また,治療中は継続的に副作用に対する不安を抱えていることが明らかとなり,看護師の支持的支援の必要がある。さらに患者は感染症への罹患により症状がなくとも健康が脅かされることから,診断時のインフォームドコンセントの必要があり,ボディイメージや社会生活への影響が示唆された。(著者抄録)","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"藍野学院"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"0918-6263","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorAffiliations":[{"affiliationNameIdentifiers":[{"affiliationNameIdentifier":"","affiliationNameIdentifierScheme":"ISNI","affiliationNameIdentifierURI":"http://www.isni.org/isni/"}],"affiliationNames":[{"affiliationName":"","affiliationNameLang":"ja"}]}],"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"松本,
