| 内容記述 | これからの看護師はチーム医療のキーパーソンの役割を期待されている。そのためには社会保障,社会福祉,医療制度,公衆衛生等に関する社会科学的知識と利害調整能力が必要である。看護学生はこうした分野の学習が相対的に苦手であるため,国家試験対策も含め教育に当たっては教員側の工夫が必要である。その第1は学生の学力の見極めと教育目標の明確化であり,第2は目標に対して体系的に構成されたオリジナルシノプシスの作成や話術の洗練である。第3に研究者としての実績以外にこうした教育上の工夫を評価する仕組みも求められる。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | It is said that nurses should play a key role in multidisciplinary care (team approach) and have certain knowledge of social security schemes, health care system and welfare services as well as some coordination skills to deal with stakeholders surrounding their patients. Generally speaking, Japanese nursing students are not only relatively poor at studying these fields of sciences but also unfortunately unaccustomed to presentation of their knowledge and skills. First, every faculty concerned has to evaluate their students' scholastic achievements more precisely and reset its educational goals. Secondly, it has to develop some teaching techniques and materials such as synopses reasonably compiled to achieve the goals mentioned above. The art of narration or conversation is also crucial to a lecturer. Executives who manage respective nursing colleges are expected to appreciate these kinds of efforts. | |||||||||||
