| 内容記述 | 介護保険制度が導入され,地域リハビリテーションの重要性が唱えられている現在,「地域住民」の生活を充実させていく目的で,京都府美山町は支援体制の確立を目指している。筆者は町で初めての作業療法士として活動に参画することになり,在宅支援を行うにあたり具体的に何が必要なのかを模索する上で,現状の在宅援護高齢者の生活状況と支援状況を可能な限り把握するため,町在住の全ての援護高齢者を対象に実態調査を行った。結果,本人の精神的,身体的な機能状態や家族の状態など生活面,サービス体制と充足度の状態が把握できたのでここに報告する。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Since the care insurance system has recently been introduced, Miyama-cho in Kyoto aims at the establishment of a support system in order to enrich the life of the area inhabitants and of the life of the old people. The present situation on the support was investigated by the present author, as the first Occupational Therapist in the town, in order to learn what were practically needed for cares at home. As a result, the present situation of mental and physical functions of old people, the family's conditions and service systems have been elucidated. | |||||||||||
