| 内容記述 | 本研究は学生が行った小児看護学の「実習目標到達度」の自己評価と「小児看護のイメージ」の実習前後の記述内容との2方向から、小児看護学の教育内容の検討を行うことを目的としている。結果以下のことが明らかになった。 1.「実習目標到達度」はA・B病棟のうちA病棟の方が高かった。実習前期・後期では差が見られず、小児看護学実習以外での実習経験はほとんど関係なかったが、本実習における経験学習は観察能力や対象を理解する能力を身につけるうえで有効であった。2.「小児看護のイメージ」の記述内容の半数以上が小児看護学の学習目標を理解していた。実習前の具象性のない記述内容が実習後は個別性や具体性のあるものに発展していた。以上のことから実習環境の整備と、学生に学習目標を明確化させ主体的に取り組ませる工夫や「できた」と自己評価ができる学習内容・指導の重要性が示唆された。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | We examined clinical practice training by the achievement of clinical practice for child nursing and student's images on child nursing before and after such trainings. The results were as follows.1.The achievement of clinical practice objective was higher in the A ward than B ward but no difference was observed between the first and second terms for clinical practice.2.More than 50% of the students understood the purpose of the clinical practice training. It appeared that they built up concrete shape images on child nursing after the training.Based upon the results obtained,it is suggested that the study environment should be improved and the purpose of the learning and guiding principle be clearly defined. | |||||||||
