| 内容記述 | 若者に対する路上支援の現状及び課題を明らかにする目的で，医学中央雑誌webとCiNiiで検索し該当した4件の論文を分析した．若者の就学状況として中退歴が多く，家庭環境はひとり親家庭が多かった．万引き・窃盗歴が半数以上おり，援助交際歴も8.5％経験していた．自傷行為はリストカットが6.8％で，希死念慮は20.3％おり，精神的な問題を抱える若者がいることが分かった．若者に対する路上支援に関する文献を検討したが該当する文献が4件しかないことから，「路上に彷徨う若者」という概念を構築するとともに，現状としての若者の路上支援団体における支援について更に調査し，路上支援に必要な支援の方略を検討していく必要がある．また，諸外国における若者に対する路上支援を現地調査し本邦での若者に対する路上支援の実装を目指す． | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | In order to clarify the current situation and challenges of street support for young people, we searched the Japan Medical Abstracts Society Central Database and CiNii (Citation Index of the National Institute of Informatics) for existing research on street support for young people in Japan. We could identify only four relevant articles, which we proceeded to analyze. Many young street people had a history of dropping out of school, and a significant number came from single-parent households. Over half had a history of shoplifting or theft, and 8.5% had experience with compensated dating. 20.3% showed suicidal ideation, and an additional 6.8% self-harming behaviors such as wrist-cutting, indicating that street youth also face mental health issues. This suggests a need to establish the concept of "young people wandering the streets," to further investigate the ways street support organizations reach such young people, and to explore further strategies for effective street support. Field research on street support for young people in other countries might aid in implementing effective street support for young people in Japan. |
