| 内容記述 | 【背景】わが国では急速な高齢化の進行により，通いの場の取組みを始めとする介護予防事業の充実の必要性が指摘されている．【目的】兵庫県伊丹市において認知症の予防と啓発を目的に地域活動を行っているボランティアグループ「Dクラブあかずきんちゃん」の実践活動を紹介する．【方法】2013年から2023年までの活動記録を調査し，代表から聞き取りを行うことによって実践活動についてまとめた【結果】グループの実践活動は，直営の活動，依頼による活動，教材の作成，ボランティア活動の紹介に分類された．【考察】ボランティア活動継続の要因として，ボランティア活動の構成員の特性，多様な活動内容の相互作用，関係者や組織との連携が示唆された．また，当グループの活動はわが国の政策が示す通いの場に近似したものであった．今後の課題として，構成員の高齢化による活動の継承が考えられる． | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Background: The rapid aging of Japan's population has pointed to the need to improve the long-term prevention program for frailty, such as a community gathering place for the elderly. Objective: We introduce the practical activities by the volunteer group “D-Club Akazukin-chan,” which conducts community activities in Itami City, Hyogo Prefecture, for the purpose of preventing and raising awareness of dementia. Method: We have summarized their activities by conducting a survey of their activities from 2013 to 2023 and interviewing the representative. Results: Their activities were classified into the following categories: directly managed activities, activities by request, creation of educational materials, and introduction of volunteer activities. Discussion: Factors that contribute to the continuation of volunteer activities were suggested to be the characteristics of the members of the volunteer group, the interaction of the various activities, and cooperation with related persons and organizations. The activities of this group were in line with the model of community gathering place proposed by the government. As a future issue, the succession of activities due to the aging of the constituent members is considered. |
