| 内容記述 | がん患者に対する支援は，がんと診断された時点から最期まで最善の生を生きるためには，その人にとって最善の生とは何かを考え，本人が望むこと，或は本人らしく生きることとはどういう生活なのかを意識化することを支援し，人間らしく最期を迎えることを共に考え寄り添う療養の形を継続する支援が求められる．がん患者・家族の声に耳を傾け，本心を知り寄り添うことで，少しでも患者・家族の心が癒され，看護にも反映させ，end-of-life-careの工夫や看護の質向上・援助につなげていきたいと考えた．【目的】がんと診断された対象の特性とGDI（Good Death Inventory）の各項目との関連を明らかにすることとした．【方法】がんであることの説明を受けているPPS（Palliative Performance Scale）を対象とし調査質的記述的に分析した．60以上で意識レベルの清明な20歳以降の患者を対象とし質問紙調査を実施した．調査期間：2017年3月～2017年9月．調査票はFramework for a good deathの調査で用いられた6項目（GDIと共通している）：性別，年齢，療養の場（自宅・病院・介護施設），生活を共にする人（有り･無し），治療年数，どのような治療を行っていたか．参加施設:5病院と2患者会．対象者:155名，回収数77名（回収率49.7％）分析対象76名（有効回答率98.7％）．結果：がん患者の対象特性とGDIとの関連にみるend-of-life-careに必要な内容が示唆された． | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | In order for patients with cancer to live optimum lives from the time they are diagnosed with cancer till the end of their lives， it is necessary for nurses to think about what the preferred life for the patients is， to help patients become aware of what they wish and what kind of life is true for them to be themselves， and to provide continuous care support by nurses thinking together with patients about how to face the end of life as human beings and in sympathy to the feelings of patients. This study aims to soothe the feelings of patients and their families and reflect their needs in the nursing care by listening to them， understanding their needs in a sympathetic manner， and reflecting their wishes in the nursing. Through these efforts the author wishes to improve the quality of end-of-life care and nursing support. Objective: To clarify the relationship between the characteristics of subjects diagnosed with cancer and the items of the Good Death Inventory (GDI). Methods: A qualitative descriptive survey was conducted using the Palliative Performance Scale (PPS), which was administered to patients aged 60 or older with a clear level of consciousness after the age of 20 years. Survey period: March 2017 to September 2017.The questionnaire used in the framework for a good death survey was comprised of six items （in common with items in the GDI: Good Death Inventory）: gender， age， place of treatment （home， hospital， nursing home）， whether or not living with someone else， duration undergoing treatment， and the kind of treatment they have undergone. The participating facilities were five hospitals and two patient groups. Study participants were 155 people， 77 responses （49.7%）， and 76 responses （98.7%） were determined to be valid for analysis. The results suggested the matters and issues necessary for end-of-life care in relation to the characteristics of patients with cancer and GDI. | |||||||||||||||||
