This study will clarify the changes in pediatric end-of-life care perspectives of students of the nursing university before and after attending the lecture hearing the experience of the parents who have lost their children because of illness.\nMethod: Analysis of the survey and the free writing of the students was performed after the lecture and compared it with those of before the lecture.\nResult: There were statistically significant differences in the student’s view on the following points after the lecture. “Care of the dying children and their families is unbearable to nurses”, “It is best to have nothing to say to the family of the dying child”, \n“Nurses can play essential roles in the terminal care of the children and their families”.\nConclusion: The students suggests that students have got the clear vision on the pediatric end-of life care by hearing experiences of the parents who have lost their
