| 内容記述 | 高齢者介護において、家族が困難に直面した際に発揮できるファミリーレジリエンスの支援を検討するため，高齢者介護におけるファミリーレジリエンスを構成する要素を明らかにすることを目的に文献検討を行った． データベースは，「医学中央雑誌」，「CINAHL」,「PubMed」を用いて「ファミリーレジリエンス/家族レジリエンス」，「family resilience」,「高齢者」，「elderly」をキーワードに検索し、高齢者のファミリーレジリエンスに焦点を当てた文献を抽出した結果、13文献が選定された．高齢者介護におけるファミリーレジリエンスを構成する要素には，【肯定的な信念】，【柔軟性を持った対処】，【家族の相互理解】，【家族内外の資源の活用】，【家族の心身の健康状態】が示され，家族の多様な生活の中に介護を組みこむためのファミリーレジリエンスの必要性が示唆された． |

| 内容記述 | This study aimed to examine strategies for supporting family resilience in elderly caregiving by identifying its key components. A literature review was conducted to clarify the elements of family resilience in this context. The databases “Ichushi-Web,” “CINAHL,” and “PubMed” were searched in both Japanese and English using the keywords “family resilience” and “elderly.” Thirteen articles focusing on family resilience in elderly caregiving were selected for analysis. Five key components of family resilience were identified: “positive beliefs”, “flexible coping strategies”, “mutual understanding within the family”, “utilization of internal” and “external resources”, and “the physical and mental health of family members”. The findings suggest the importance of fostering family resilience to effectively integrate caregiving into the diverse lifestyles of families involved in elderly care. |
