| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は,本学4年次生が統合看護学実習の一環として体験したA病院の新築移転体験を通しての看護マネジメントの学びを明らかにすることである.研究協力の得られた82名の学生のレポートを,KH Coderを用いて計量テキスト分析を行った.レポートの総抽出語51,247語,1,233文章であり,頻出語は,「患者」が1,069回で最も多く,「病院」「移送」「移転」など9単語が200回以上出現していた.共起ネットワーク分析の結果,11のサブグラフが検出され,サブグラフ1は「患者」「病院」「移送」「移転」「看護」「行う」「学ぶ」「安全」「考える」の9単語,その他の10のサブグラフは,2～4単語で構成されていた.学生の役割別の対応分析の結果,旧病院および新病院の患者移送担当者は「申し送る」「名前」「誤認」「防止」「荷物」など ,担当した役割に注目した特徴的な語が抽出された.学生は,病院組織全体としての移転の準備,協働,安全対策などの実際を体験することで,看護マネジメントを広い視野で考えることができた. | |||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to identify nursing management learning of our fourth-year students as part of their Integrated Nursing Practicum through the hospital relocation. The reports of 82 students who cooperated with the study were subjected to a quantitative text analysis using KH Coder. The total number of extracted words in the reports was 51,247 words and 1,233 sentences. "Patient" was the most frequently occurring word (1,069 times), and nine words including "hospital," "transfer," and "relocation" appeared over 200 times. Co-occurrence network analysis revealed 11 subgraphs, with subgraph 1 consisting of the 9 words "patient," "hospital," "transfer," "relocation," "nursing," "do," "learn," "safety," and "think," and the other 10 subgraphs consisting of 2 to 4 words. The results of the role-specific correspondence analysis showed that the patient transfer students in the old and new hospitals were characterized by words such as "patient transfer," "name matching," "misidentification," "prevention," and "personal belongings," which focused on the role they were in charge of. The students gained a broader perspective on nursing management by participating in the actual relocation preparations, collaboration, and safety measures across the hospital organization. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
