| 内容記述 | 新型コロナ感染症は2020年10月全世界で4300万人以上の感染者,110万人以上の死者が発生するような未曾有の事態となった.この国難に対し防衛省も水際対策強化に係る自衛隊の災害派遣,ダイヤモンド・プリンセス号への災害派遣などを行った.研究目的：自衛隊が行ったダイヤモンド・プリンセス号での感染対策について船内,船外の場面を通して,その実態を明らかにする.研究方法：対象は5年以上同一部隊で勤務している自衛官100名を予定していたが,コロナ禍の影響と転属により,統合幕僚監部から指定された5名のみにアンケートが限定された.そのため,２つの研究を追加した.２つ目として自衛隊員による書籍の分析を行い,3つ目はアンケートと書籍からコードを抽出し対応分析を行った.結果：自衛隊の行った感染対策,特に厳格な防護措置,基本・基礎の徹底の重要性を浮き彫りにした.自衛隊の例は,将来の感染症対策と危機管理における貴重な教訓を提言する. | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | In October 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic became an unprecedented crisis with over 43 million infections and more than 1.1 million deaths worldwide. In response to this national emergency, the Ministry of Defense conducted disaster deployments of the Self-Defense Forces to strengthen border measures and to the Diamond Princess cruise ship. Research objective: To elucidate the reality of the infection control measures implemented by the Self-Defense Forces on the Diamond Princess, covering both inside and outside the ship. Research method: The initial plan was to survey 100 Self-Defense Force personnel who had served in the same unit for more than five years; however, due to the impact of the pandemic and personnel reassignments, the survey was limited to only five individuals designated by the Joint Staff Office. Consequently, two additional studies were conducted. The second study involved an analysis of books written by Self-Defense Force members, and the third was a correspondence analysis using codes extracted from both the questionnaires and the books. Results: The study highlighted the importance of strict protective measures and the thorough implementation of basic and foundational practices in the infection control efforts conducted by the Self-Defense Forces. The example of the Self-Defense Forces offers valuable lessons for future infectious disease control and crisis management. | |||||||||||||||||
