皮膚温罨法の効果に関する文献レビュー Literature review on the effects of skin hot compresses 竹内, 利永子 タケウチ, リエコ Takeuchi, Rieko 竹内 タケウチ Takeuchi 利永子 リエコ Rieko 前川, 麻記 マエカワ, マキ Maekawa, Maki 前川 マエカワ Maekawa 麻記 マキ Maki 齋藤, 祥乃 サイトウ, ヨシノ Saito, Yoshino 齋藤 サイトウ Saito 祥乃 ヨシノ Yoshino 温罨法 皮膚 本研究は,皮膚温罨法の効果に関する先行研究から,近年の温罨法の効果を明らかにし,産科領域の助産ケアとしての温罨法に対する示唆を見出すことを目的に文献検討を行った.医学中央雑誌Web版を使用し,対象年を2008〜2021年,キーワードを「温罨法and皮膚」で検索した結果,7文献が抽出された.これらの対象文献の内容を整理した.文献検討によると,近年の温罨法においては,種類や方法によらず,加温した局所だけではなく末梢の皮膚温や皮膚血流量が上昇する効果がみられていた.皮膚温は実施後すぐに上昇し温罨法中に最高値となり,温罨法除去後もその状態が持続していた.特に蒸しタオルとジェル状簡易湯たんぽでの温罨法において,リラクセーション反応がみられていた.これらのことから,皮膚温罨法は産科領域や各領域において,目的に合わせて実施できる安全で有効なケアであることが示唆された.(著者抄録) The purpose of this study was to clarify the effects of hot compresses in recent years from previous studies on the effects of hot compresses on the skin, and to find suggestions for hot compresses as midwifery care in the obstetrics field. As a result of searching the target year from 2008 to 2021 and the keyword "warm compress and skin" using the Web version of the Central Medical Magazine, 7 documents were extracted.　 The contents of these target documents have been organized. According to a review of the literature, recent hot compresses have been shown to have the effect of increasing not only the heated local area but also the peripheral skin temperature and skin blood flow, regardless of the type or method. The skin temperature rose immediately after the hot compress and reached its highest value during the hot compress, which persisted even after the hot compress was removed. In particular, a relaxation reaction was observed in the hot compress method using a steamed towel and a simple hot water bottle.
