新型コロナウイルス感染症影響下において一年課程の保健師学生が学修する際の心理プロセス Psychological Process of Public Health Nursing Students Completing the One-Year Course Under the Influence of COVID-19 Pandemic 北本, さゆり キタモト, サユリ Kitamoto, Sayuri 北本 キタモト Kitamoto さゆり サユリ Sayuri 野崎, 志津 ノザキ, シヅ Nozaki, Shizu 野崎 ノザキ Nozaki 志津 シヅ Shizu 山下, 裕子 ヤマシタ, ユウコ Yamashita, Yuko 山下 ヤマシタ Yamashita 裕子 ユウコ Yuko 梶本, 和美 カジモト, カズミ Kajimoto, Kazumi 梶本 カジモト Kajimoto 和美 カズミ Kazumi 保健師学生 心理プロセス 一年課程 COVID-19 COVID-19影響下で,一年課程で学ぶ保健師学生がどのような心理プロセスで学修したのかを明らかにすることを目的とした.2020年度に入学した学生11名に半構造化面接を実施し,M-GTAを用いて分析した.学生は,入学直後は自分の進路選択に疑念が生じ不安が高まり孤立感を抱いていた.また,実習の短縮により,保健師として働く際に職場で役に立てるのかといった不安や申し訳なさを感じており,十分に知識や技術を獲得できていない自己を低く評価する傾向にあった.同時に保健師がCOVID-19対応により世間に周知されるようになったことを前向きに捉え,社会で必要とされている業務に奮闘する先輩保健師の姿を誇らしく感じていた.コロナ禍で学んだ学生は,知識・技術不足に関する不安が強く,保健師としての自己肯定感が高められにくいことが推測される.入職後できるだけ早期に実践を兼ねたOJT(On the Job Training)を行い,知識・技術を向上させている自己を感じてもらう必要がある.(著者抄録) The purpose of this study was to clarify the psychological process of public health nursing students completing the one-year course under the influence of COVID-19 pandemic. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 11 students enrolled in the 2020 academic year and analyzed using M-GTA. Immediately after entering the school, the students felt anxious and isolated due to doubts about their career choices. In addition, due to the shortened clinical training, they felt anxious and apologetic about whether they would be useful in the workplace as public health nurses, tending to evaluate themselves lowly for not having acquired sufficient knowledge and skills. Yet, they were also positive about the fact that public health nurses were now known to the public due to their responses to the COVID-19 crisis, and they felt proud of their senior public health nurses struggling to perform work that was needed in society. Public health nursing students who studied under COVID-19 pandemic were highly anxious about their lack of knowledge and skills. It will be difficult for them to enhance their self-affirmation as public health nurses.
